Being gluten-free, I have gotten used to lettuce wrapped food. I actually don’t want a bun on my burger anymore because the gluten-free ones in the market are not that good and the bread makes it way too filling. Burgers are really tasty when you mix the spices into the burger rather than just sprinkling on the outside.
Pesto is so versatile, you can use it on fish, chicken and even burgers. It is great tossed in with pasta and can even be used as the sauce for a vegetarian pizza. Pesto is easy to make with your mini chopper or food processor.
