Pico de Gallo is easy to make and makes a great addition to tacos, burritos and lettuce wraps. It also makes a great dip for tortilla chips.
3/4 cup Red Onion
1 clove Garlic
1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves
1-2 fresh Tomatoes
Seed and finely chop the jalapeno and set aside. Finely chop the onion and garlic and place in a medium sized bowl. Remove the stems from the cilantro, coarsely chop and add to the bowl. Add desired amount of jalapeno. Coarsely chop the tomatoes, add to bowl and gently combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with corn chips.
Time Saving Tip
Use your mini chopper to chop the desired amount of jalapeno, onion, garlic and cilantro.
